Picasso Play Structure
The Alkimos Play Structure included the fabrication of Climbing Walls, Fireman's Pole, Ladders, as well as the Main Structure itself. It was all fabricated in house by the IronClad team. The Pic Perf walls and FRP flooring adds additional distinct elements to the structure. This two story play structure is located at Picasso Promenade - Alkimos.
Quenda Entry Statement
This Quenda Entry Statement is a unique, custom built feature. Made out of steel, it was rolled and then Fabricated in house. The vibrant Powdercoat colours make this Custom piece really stand out. A Quenda is a sub-species of the Southern Brown Bandicoot. Located at Wattleup Road - Hammond.
The Water Wheel
This unique project was designed, fabricated and installed by the IronClad team. The play structure was cold rolled and fabricated into 8 sections that bolted together on site. The wood on the wheel-spokes are old railway sleepers from Kalgoorlie. The Tower has PicPerf sheets that depict an old Water Wheel. Located in The Vale - Averley
Rossiter Pavilion and Playing Field
This project included cladding the Pavilion and two shelters in Concept Click, using – Casuarina and Dulux Dune colours. Cutting the Concept Click for the feature “V” shape of the project posed some challenges, but the experience of the team ensured we came up with an innovative solution. Located at Rossiter Ave - Piara Waters
Honeywood Shelter
This shelter was fabricated in house, with the curved section made out of 16mm plate steel. The back is a perforated, with yellow powdercoat at the bottom blending up into an orange at the top. The native bush scene was cut on our CNC Router. Located at Honeywood Rise – Wandi South.
Movida Entry Statement
This project included a Black Powder Coated “M” logo with over 60 coloured mosaic panels. The “M” was fabricated using our CNC router and then welded together. It has a ACM Backing Plate and negative return. The herringbone wall was diamond drilled for the stand off pins. Located at Movida Estate - Midland.
